Demographics: Minnesota’s Aging Population 2022

The older adult population in Minnesota continues to grow and is projected to reach 1 million within the next year according to Susan Brower,  Minnesota State Demographer in a January 2022 presentation. The presentation covers details about the geographic distribution of the population, race identity of older adults and people with disabilities and poverty levels.
